There are many ways to burn fat from your body. Changing the body takes time but, its always methods to speed up the process. These are a few of our most effective tips to attack that stubborn fat.

Sprinting: Changing the tempo of your running from slow to sprint intervals will get the heart pumping, and in turn, increase the efficiency of your metabolism.  Sprinting preserves lean muscle, and lean muscle is a fat burning machine. 
Eating less junk carbohydrates: For a better source of energy, stick with complex carbs (whole grains).  Simple carbs (such as white breads and sugars), will spike your insulin levels and can actually result in tipping the scale the wrong way.
Weights: Resistance training, with weights, is the best way to add quality lean muscle mass.  With weight training, you turn those lean muscles into a fat-burning furnace.  The more lean muscle - the more stored fat being used.
Water: It's no secret you need plenty of water to achieve any fitness goal, whether losing or gaining muscle. Water is the carrier of nutrients, eliminates waste, and keeps your liver functioning well.
