Gym membership ?... So why should we want to pay these dues every month, what are the benefits to joining a gym.



Workout equipment- Working out is the obvious reason you should want to join a gym. Whether it’s to lose weight or gain muscle, a gym provides you with variety of equipment like treadmills, stair masters and weights. If you’re not looking to have a home gym anytime soon, joining a gym is the next best thing.

Help- A gym will provide you with the personal help if you need it. Most gyms offer personal trainers,  if you don’t know what you are doing, trainers can help you. Also, some gyms hire message therapist and nutritionist that can provide extra help.

Meeting others- Even though we don’t claim to join a gym to meet others, it ends up happening anyways. You can meet other members that you have things in common with, maybe you work together or you live close to each other. Meeting a friend in a gym can keep you motivated to keep coming back.
