3 Tips on Achieving a Hardcore Physique-By Mr. FitBiz

Many people hit the gym everyday inspired to achieve a hardcore physique. A physique most would say seems unnatural. Training hard and eating clean is the only way to get the physique you dream about. Here's three ways to work towards that hardcore physique.

Meals

Make sure you plan out your meals and prepare them ahead of time. Be sure to get a form of protein in every three hours and eat enough macro nutrients of protein, carbohydrates and fats. Staying consistent with your meals will be key to achieving your goals without cheating your hard work in the gym.

Sleep

Sleep is very important. The body needs rest and recovery. During sleep, the body goes through regeneration of its organs. More sleep equals less stress hormones, which decreases Cortisol levels, which keeps the body lean. If you don’t get enough sleep, you won't gain an ounce of lean muscle.

Water

Water is over 75 percent of the body. You need water to achieve any fitness goal, whether you are losing or gaining, muscle make up is mostly water. Water cleans out body toxins and reduces sodium levels. Keep muscle cells healthy by taking in nutrients that water offers.

5 Ways to Burn Fat Faster- By Mr.Fitbiz

There are many ways to burn fat from your body. Changing the body takes time but, its always methods to speed up the process. These are a few of our most effective tips to attack that stubborn fat.

Sprinting: Changing the tempo of your running from slow to sprint intervals will get the heart pumping, and in turn, increase the efficiency of your metabolism.  Sprinting preserves lean muscle, and lean muscle is a fat burning machine.
Eating less junk carbohydrates: For a better source of energy, stick with complex carbs (whole grains).  Simple carbs (such as white breads and sugars), will spike your insulin levels and can actually result in tipping the scale the wrong way.
Weights: Resistance training, with weights, is the best way to add quality lean muscle mass.  With weight training, you turn those lean muscles into a fat-burning furnace.  The more lean muscle - the more stored fat being used.
Water: It's no secret you need plenty of water to achieve any fitness goal, whether losing or gaining muscle. Water is the carrier of nutrients, eliminates waste, and keeps your liver functioning well.
Don’t worry: Plain and simple, stress is a trigger for overeating.  Eliminating stress can help keep you fat free!

3 Simple Exercises for the 65+ Population-By Mr.Fitbiz

There comes a point in all of our lives where even the simple, every day things become a little harder. Loading/Unloading the dishwasher, walking up the stairs, getting out of bed or a chair can take a bit longer than they used to. And usually involve a bit of creaking and cracking from the bones! There are a few exercises that, when repeated, can help loosen up those muscles and put a little pep back in the step.
Chair Squat: Sitting down and standing up.  Quite honestly, one of the most basic of all human movements but all too often we master the sitting down part without doing the standing back up for hours at a time. Sitting/standing as many times as you can will help to increase your mobility.  Increase the time or number of repetitions each day until you begin to feel stronger.  **Don’t just plop down either.  Control your upper body, keeping your back straight and posture proper both coming up and sitting down.

Standing Leg Curls: Stand on one leg, supporting yourself with the wall or back of a chair, while curling your leg up back your buttocks. Continue this motion with both legs until you feel your hamstrings (back of leg) tiring.  Increase the time or number of repetitions each day.
Wall Push-ups: Place both hands flat, shoulder width apart, and shoulder level on a wall.  Tucking elbows in, push off the wall, fully extending your elbows.  Repeat this movement until your arms and chest tire.  Increase the time and repetition each day.

Including this simple routine in your day-to-day life will quickly help your flexibility, strength, and keep your energy levels high!

3 Reasons to join a gym- By Mr. Fitbiz

Gym membership ?... So why should we want to pay these dues every month, what are the benefits to joining a gym.

Workout equipment- Working out is the obvious reason you should want to join a gym. Whether it’s to lose weight or gain muscle, a gym provides you with variety of equipment like treadmills, stair masters and weights. If you’re not looking to have a home gym anytime soon, joining a gym is the next best thing.

Help- A gym will provide you with the personal help if you need it. Most gyms offer personal trainers,  if you don’t know what you are doing, trainers can help you. Also, some gyms hire message therapist and nutritionist that can provide extra help.

Meeting others- Even though we don’t claim to join a gym to meet others, it ends up happening anyways. You can meet other members that you have things in common with, maybe you work together or you live close to each other. Meeting a friend in a gym can keep you motivated to keep coming back.
