1) HEADACHES-
Are very common in American. Everyday a person complains about them, so they head to the convent store to grab pills. Not knowing they their dehydrated. Drink more water to get rid of the headaches.

2) DAYTIME SLEEPINESS-
Daytime drowsiness is another sign of dehydration. Not having enough water can cause you to become lethargy and tired during the day. More water equals more energy.

3) URINE COLOR-
Having clear or light-colored urine means you’re well hydrated, If your urine is hard yellow or amber color usually signals dehydration.
